Experience/Knowledge

  • I have experience across the full stack, from React and Next.js frontends to Go and Node.js backends, as well as embedded and hardware integration work — and I take projects all the way to deployment, containerizing services with Docker, automating CI/CD pipelines with Drone CI, and running them behind Caddy on Linux.

  • I have experience working with languages and technologies such as TypeScript, JavaScript, Go, Python, C/C++, SQL, React, Next.js, Vite, Tailwind CSS, Zustand, Ant Design, and Fluent UI.

  • I have experience building backend services with Node.js, Express.js, Go (Echo), Flask and Java / Spring Boot, exposing REST APIs, gRPC, WebSocket and MQTT interfaces.

  • I have experience with databases and CMS platforms like PostgreSQL, Supabase, MongoDB, PocketBase, SQLite, and Strapi.

  • I have also built mobile and desktop applications using React Native, Flutter, Zalo Mini App, Tauri, and ElectronJS.

  • On the DevOps side, I use Git, Docker, Caddy, Drone CI, and Linux/WSL day to day.

  • I work hands-on with defence-grade C-UAS hardware: Echodyne EchoShield & EchoGuard radars, Marduk Piraya passive EO/IR trackers, ST Engineering's S1000 RF drone decoder, SDRs and RF jammers. I integrate them through the SAPIENT (BSI Flex 335) open standard, and I also work with embedded boards such as STM32, ESP32 and M5Stack.

  • On the AI side, I work on the AI Fusion and Drone Detection pipeline for C-UAS, Vaidio™ face recognition for identity verification, YOLOv8 object detection and AI agents.

  • I hold an IELTS 6.5 certificate, took part in the Google Solution Challenge (2021 & 2023), and earned a Certificate of Achievement at the BUILD-IT Innovation & Entrepreneurship Challenge (2023).

  1. ST Engineering | SOFTWARE ENGINEER - C2 SYSTEMS & HARDWARE INTEGRATION

    06/2025 - Present

    I build the command-and-control (C2) software for AGIL® Counter Drone, ST Engineering's scalable, multi-layered, AI-driven counter-drone system built around a Detect → Decide → Disrupt → Destroy concept. My work spans the full stack, from C/C++ interfaces for radars, RF decoders and EO/IR trackers up to the 3D operator console. The systems are delivered to defence and critical-infrastructure customers in the UAE and Japan.

    Key Projects

    AGIL® Counter Drone — Central Command & Control Center

    - Built the operator console and live 3D GIS common operating picture with React and Cesium (Blender-modelled 3D assets) on Go (Echo) services, smoothly rendering 1,000+ live aerial tracks.

    - Designed the software architecture connecting sensors, embedded devices, backend services and effectors into one unified C2 interface for real-time monitoring, coordination and system control.

    - Developed real-time data pipelines over REST, WebSocket, gRPC and MQTT, ingesting 10,000+ messages/sec across the C2 system.

    - Contributed to the AI Fusion pipeline and Drone Detection module, correlating AI-generated targets with multi-sensor data for identification, threat assessment and tracking.

    Multi-Sensor Integration & SAPIENT Interoperability

    - Implemented C/C++ and Python hardware interfaces for radars, RF sensors, SDRs, EO/IR trackers and jammers, processing high-frequency telemetry with sub-10 ms latency.

    - Integrated Echodyne EchoShield and EchoGuard radars and the Marduk Piraya passive EO/IR tracker, alongside ST Engineering's own S1000 AI/ML RF drone decoder, into the C2 track picture.

    - Built interoperability services around the SAPIENT open standard (BSI Flex 335), so heterogeneous third-party sensors can plug into the C2 system.

    Protocol Jammer — SDR-Based RF Analysis & Targeted Interference

    - Developed SDR pipelines for I/Q signal acquisition, digital signal processing, demodulation and protocol analysis.

    - Worked with RF link characteristics, including packet structures, synchronisation and frequency-hopping behaviour, to enable targeted, protocol-aware interference.

    - Tackled system-level challenges in full-duplex RF operation: TX/RX isolation, filtering and self-interference management.

    - Built the software integration between RF hardware, embedded systems and higher-level C2 control applications.

    Built cybersecurity SaaS products at DISION Tech with a focus on modularity, performance and multi-tenant architecture, from the Sentinel EDR/XDR analyst console to the company's shared plugin SDK and content platform.

    Sentinel — Multi-Tenant EDR/XDR Platform

    - Built the analyst console and desktop client with React and Tauri, backed by Go (Echo) services, delivering real-time endpoint security visibility across 400+ devices per tenant.

    - Contributed to Sentinel's Domain-Driven Design architecture for detecting endpoint vulnerabilities and threats across multi-tenant enterprise networks.

    Plugin Architecture & SDK

    - Designed and built a plugin architecture and SDK for the React monorepo, letting teams extend the security application's core functionality securely.

    - Unblocked parallel development and cut feature time-to-market by standardising features and UI components across company applications.

    Collaborated with A Happier Me, a social enterprise focused on mental wellbeing, to build the organization's community platform and learning tools — including Wellbeing Circle VN, the community project that brings its 'wellbeing circle' sessions directly to schools, clubs, and students.

    Contract engineer at Turbo, which brings the US-built Vaidio™ AI Vision platform to enterprises in Vietnam as AI Vision Việt. I led software development of an enterprise visitor-management system that uses real-time face recognition for identity verification, check-in and access tracking, working with teams in Vietnam and the US.

    - Led development of an AI-powered visitor-management platform that verifies visitors with real-time facial recognition at check-in and tracks their access.
